Energy for a bright future

ENERGO–PRO was founded in the Czech Republic, a member state of the European Union, in the city of Svitavy, in 1994 and has specialised in energy generation, distribution and sales for the past 30 years already. Today, the group is the largest Czech investor in the hydropower sector, owning and operating 53 hydropower plants in 5 countries. From the Czech Republic it has expanded over time into Bulgaria, Georgia, Türkyie and Spain. The Group's expansion now continues in Latin America – including in Colombia and Brazil.

The second pillar of ENERGO-PRO Group activities is the distribution and sale of electricity. In Bulgaria and Georgia, it distributes energy to more than 2.6 million customers. ENERGO-PRO Group is now the largest electricity distribution company in Georgia and the largest private hydropower producer in Bulgaria. The group entered the Georgian energy market in 2006.
