With the purpose to simplify access of the services for the customers, submission of the applications for service in electricity supply and distribution sector except the service centers of energy companies is possible in public service houses entirely in Georgia.  

Those citizens who had to come to the company offices with the purpose to change the name of the customer, check of the debt or billed amount, receive customer’s extract, specify information on social status, inspect the meter, restoration or suspension of electricity supply, check of voltage quality, from now on can address the  public service houses and they will be helped to fill in the corresponding application form at place.  

Submitted or filled in application with the attached documentation in public service house by the customer will be handed to the energy companies in the shortest term, after what, applicants will receive the registration number of their application and information on response in form of notification.
