Based on his words, accent will also be made on gender issues. In case if the girls go for electricity direction, company  will unconditionally offer them the mentioned conditions.

With the purpose of field popularization, JSC “Energo-Pro Georgia” cooperates with the vocational schools  and colleges  as well as with the high institutions for many years. Periodically, memorandums are drafted with them. Company representatives conduct informal lessons in public and private schools, where presentation of the  field  for the young ones is done in an intelligible form. We want  that the future generation choose the power engineering profession in order for the  of the already existed human resources  not to be deepen.
