Separation of customer/immovable property

In case of division of real estate, the new customer must pay for the full technological cycle service according to Appendix No. 3 of the Rules, and in case of division of an object with smart meters - the fee for the package offered for the installation of a smart meter specified in Appendix No. 4 (the fee provided for in Article 18, Clause 2 of the Rules in accordance with the payment procedure), if:

a) real estate connected with a power of 0 to 10 kW is separated by one real estate, and the owner of the separated real estate requests connection with a power of 0 to 10 kW;
b) When dividing the real estate of a customer connected with a power greater than 10 kW, there is an agreement between the parties on power sharing and the existing power is sufficient to supply the old and separated property with a power of at least 10 kW;

c) One or more real estates in the building are supplied with electricity (through a registered customer), there is a requirement to connect a new facility to the distribution network individually, and this facility has at least 10 kW. For power supply, it is only necessary to arrange a metering node.

In the case provided by paragraph 2 of this article, the fee for connecting a new facility to the distribution network does not apply to the restoration of the electricity supply of a facility belonging to a non-household customer, if the customer was supplied with electricity not through the system operator, but through the electric network owned by him or another person. In such a case, the restoration of electricity supply should be done in accordance with the conditions and procedures provided by Article 18, Clause 17 of the Rules.
