International Credit Rating Agency Fitch Ratings assigned JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia long term “BB” rating with stable outlook. Such a high evaluation from a respected rating agency is of course a success and rare exception, as the rating exceeds Country’s long term sovereign rating – reports EPG.

JSC “ENERGO-PRO Georgia” has completed two very important projects in Adjara. The first project was preparation for summer tourist season. Within the summer season preparation, the company has undergone full rehabilitation of 7 substations in the region. Also, transformers were replaced at 22 transformer substations, the old underground cables were replaced by new ones. Works were carried out in low and high voltage networks. The company has invested more than 3 million GEL for this project.

JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia continues support of popularization of the vocational education. The company gave a financial award to the participant of “Hackathon 2017”, students of Information Technologies faculty of Akhaltsikhe vocational institution Opizari. Students presented at the competition “Ultrasonic bracelet for the blind” by means of which blind person will be able to define how far is the distance till the desired location in a specific building (ex: educational institution).

JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia still holds leading positions among largest employer companies in Georgia. As GEOstat data shows, according to the number of employees JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia is among 10 largest companies in the region. At present companies in the ownership of EPG employ 5400 employees. JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia opens new customer service centers. Major purpose for the opening of the centers is improvement of the quality of service, creation of comfortable environment for the customers, rapid and timely response to the incoming applications and claims.
