Customers of EPG will use new SMS service

For the improvement of the customer service and increase of its efficiency, JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia implemented new sms service. In case of a customer wants to receive information on the phone about one’s own electricity arrears, a customer must send sms to the phone number 91573 with digit 3 in the text. Customer will receive sms after the application to the company service center or call the hot line (0322471707) or register at the customer’s page (http://my.energo-pro.ge/ow/#/login) at the web page of EPG (www.energo-pro.ge). Apart from that customers will be able to receive other information about the services via sms.

JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia Delivered 2016 annual report

Management of JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia introduced 2016 annual report and planned activities for 2017 to representatives of media in Kutaisi. Achievements and problems in 2016 were discussed. According to the report in 2016 company improved the output in different directions: for the purpose of customers relations service quality improvement number of activities were implemented, in 2016 process of individual re-metering was carried out successfully and approached its completion phase factually. HPPs owned by the company generated the highest volume of electricity, company reorganization process completed successfully and etc.

Reorganization at JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia has been completed

Reorganization at JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia has been completed successfully, as a result of which legal entity – Joint Stock Company ENERGO-PRO Georgia Generation has been separated uniting company generation objects, while JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia continues business with the distribution license, owns corresponding distribution assets, exploitation and electricity distribution.

JSC ENERGO-PRO Georgia completed implementation of a new, resource management Swedish online system IFS. With IFS company will manage to effectively control existing resources which cover financial, logistics, technical, project management and other modules. Through this new system the company will have the opportunity to acquire detailed information about its financial and technical resources, conduct reporting and make effective planning of future projects and costs optimization.
